As an owner and CEO of Premier Construction Associates, Phil Best is highly regarded as a leader of commercial and residential Land Development, Design Build, and Construction Management Services. Additionally, Phil is an owner and the current CEO of Mid-State Investors, a company which leases both commercial and residential real estate. Phil holds an Associate Broker Real Estate license and a Property and Casualty Insurance license in the State of Georgia, both held by Curry Realtors-Insurors, with which he has been associated since 1993. A graduate of the Georgia Realtors Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist, Phil is also a Past President of the Georgia Board of Realtors. Phil has positively impacted both Dublin and Laurens County through various organizations and positions held. Currently he is serving as Mayor of Dublin and as a member of the Laurens County Board of Health and Community Mental Health Board. His past service includes: Directorships of the Dublin Rotary Club, the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce; the Dublin Country Club; and appointed to the Governor's board of work force initiative.

Louie Curry is an owner of Premier Construction Associates, and serves as President and CEO of the Curry Companies. He is principal broker of Curry Real Estate and is currently the only Realtor in the Heart of Georgia area to hold the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. In addition to having a Georgia Real Estate Broker's license, Louie is also licensed as a General Contractor, Georgia Real Estate Appraiser (inactive), and an Insurance Agent. He earned a BBA from University of Georgia with a double major in Real Estate and Urban Development & Risk Management and Insurance in 1973, and a MBA from Georgia State University majoring in Corporate Finance in 1975. Dedicated to his community, Louie is a past Chairman and Director of the Dublin Laurens County Chamber of Commerce and has been a part of many committees of the Chamber. He is currently the Chairman of the Dublin-Laurens Recreation Authority, and has been Chairman of the Dublin-Laurens Coounty Education Task Force, Habitat for Humanity and the US 441 Economic Development Council.

During his college career, Phil Best, Jr. spent summer vacations working with Premier Construction and the Construction Management division of Weitz Golf International out of West Palm Beach, Florida. He joined Premier fulltime in May 2007 after earning a degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, and in October of 2008 became a partner at Premier.

To offer assistance in the company's growth and expansion, Jennifer Davis comes to Premier Construction Associates as the Financial Manager, after 10 years of experience in industrial management. Her experience ranges from technical problem resolution to financial and project management for environmental compliance at SP Newsprint Co. and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She completed her M.S. degree at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, after receiving Biology and Mathematics degrees from Wesleyan College in Macon. Jennifer joined Premier in October 2008 and looks forward to supporting and contributing to the success of the Premier Team.

After working full time for 45 years, Joyce retired in 2007. Her work history includes working as Administrative Assistant, Payroll Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager and managing a small company. Realizing full retirement was not for her; she started looking for a part time job and in June of 2008 began working part time as bookkeeper for Premier Construction Associates. Fortunately for Premier, Joyce was not ready to retire because her dedication and experience help to round off the Premier Team. Joyce does look forward to spending part of her time traveling when not working.

Brandi Carter brings twelve plus years of quality, lean office management to Premier Construction Associates. With her innovative and fresh outlook as well as her attention to detail, she offers a new dimension to the group. With her strong sense of self motivation, Brandi is a solid asset to Premier Construction Associates

A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelors of science in Building and Construction. Chris bring 15 years of construction experience to premier construction. He has experience ranges from Project Superintendent, Junior Estimator, and Project Manager. Some of his past project owners have been Army Corps of Engineers, Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Laurens County Board of Education, and Dublin City Schools.
