BENTON HOUSE OF DUBLIN
212 Fairview Park Drive; Dublin, GA 31021

Premier Construction Associates provided the Benton House with construction services to build a one story, 49,415 SF senior living community in Dublin, Ga.

The stunning stucco building with standing seam roof includes a variety of apartment options including size, layout and views. Apartments feature kitchenettes including sink, small refrigerator and microwave, private baths with emergency pull cords and grab bars. The complete facility will offer 59 apartments, including the Beacon Neighborhood for residence facing memory loss. Other amenities include a covered entrance, spacious living area, dining facilities, commercial kitchen, two residential kitchens, as well as a media room. Two courtyards with entrances to apartments and covered porches to some apartments will allow residents to enjoy nature while being at the facility.

BENTON HOUSE OF NEWNAN LAKES
Newnan, Ga.

The Benton House of Newnan Lakes is one of three assisted-living facility constructed by Premier Construction Associates. The 64 unit, 62,000 square foot building includes living quarters, dining space, entertainment space, craft rooms, and a full commercial kitchen. The facility provides a comfortable, luxurious environment for the residents who call it home. This delivery system chosen for this project was construction management at risk. Due to the team atmosphere with the owners and a modified building design this project was completed head of schedule and under budget.

Premier Construction Associates was honored with the Associated General Contractors 2010 Build Georgia Award for the construction of Benton House of Newnan Lakes. They earned first place in the Construction Management Firm at Risk category ($5 Million - $20 Million).

The Build Georgia General Contractor Award competition seeks to honor excellent construction projects throughout the state. Premier Construction Associates project was judged on exceptional project safety performance, meeting the challenge of a difficult job, innovation in construction techniques and materials, sustainable building practices, excellence in project management and scheduling, and excellence in client service.
