Through an array of diverse services, Premier provides a Design/Build process, taking a client from the initial design phase to move-in. We're available for all of the following:

• Site Selection Analysis
• Site or Facility Design
• Permitting and licensing
• Superb Quality Construction, horizontal and vertical, achieved through:
  • Oversight of delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Selection and supervision of carefully selected, proven subcontractors
  • Direction and management of subordinates (assistant managers, superintendents, field engineers, crew supervisors)
  • Oversight of worker productivity and safety
• Directing and monitoring compliance with regulations, such as building and safety codes (if contractually specified)
• Tracking and controlling construction costs to avoid overruns
• Monitoring and ensuring on-time completion.

istory

Phil Best and Louie Curry, both with years of real estate and site development experience, joined forces in 1995 to establish Premier Construction. Desiring to grow the business while maintaining the small-company effectiveness, closeness, and values they shared, Phil and Louie thoughtfully added another individual to their endeavor. Phil Best, Jr. brings knowledge, talent, complementary skill sets and dedication to the team. In October 2008 he was made a partner in Premier Construction Associates



The team has continued to grow with the additions of Jennifer Davis, Brandi Carter, Joyce Taylor and Chris Davis. Through years of providing Construction Management, Design Build and Site Development services throughout Georgia, Premier Construction Associates has earned an impeccable reputation for superb, timely, and cost-effective construction with unmatched personal service. Today all team members continue to share the company's longstanding values, and all are as committed to the company's mission as they are to each Premier client.
